Caedo

Last lesson we were discussing our final ideas. Jamie drew the story board, George did the call sheet, and me and Taylan wrote the script. We got together and discussed our ideas. We decided that in the opening one person gets killed. Our story is about a group of students that get locked inside school and end up getting killed on buy one. However, we are only filming the opening. In the opening sequence a group of teenagers are discussing a party. A boy called Sam asks if he can come. They laugh and walk away. When he's trying to run after them he trips over. When picking up his stuff he is confronted and killed by the killer. Then we will flick to a shot of the teenagers realising they are locked in and walking back into school.
I am really looking forward to filming but I am especially exited for editing. This is someting I feel I am quite good at and is possibly something I would like to pursue.
What I hope to get out of the filming session is a wide range of shots to create an interesting atmosphere in the final piece.

  1. This is a succinct synopsis of your creative ideas and clearly outlines what your opening sequence will contain. You've also come up with an intriguing title. Well done. It's an excellent foundation for the screenplay and storyboards. Do upload a copy of the screenplay to your blog too. Level 4 Planning
